The Product module of Edifybiz helps user to maintain and manage the information of multiple products. This module is able to maintain the complete profile of each product. By clicking on New Product sub-module user is enable to enter the product details, All Sub-modules give overview of product details. Product module of Edifybiz consists of New Product and All

1. New Product

New Product is the sub-module of Product module where user can specify the details of all products.This module comprises of following fields :

• Name: This field represents the Name of the product.
• HSN/SAC NO: Each product has HSN/SAC number. This field represents the HSN/SAC number of the product.
• Short Name: This field comprises the Short Name of the product.
• CAS# / SKU# / Part#: This field represents the CAS Registry Number.
• Packaging Type: The Product Packaging is done in various ways. This field defines the Packaging Type of product.
• Product Type:This field represents the of Product.
• Tax Type: This field represents the Type of Taxes charged on the product.
• Product Category: This field represents the different Categories of the Product.
• Product Sub-Category: This field represents the sub-category of the product.
• Currency: This represents Economic Unit which is in use.
• Product Price: This represents the Price of the Product.
• Profile:The complete Profile of the Product is specified in this field.
• Remark: This represents the additional information of the product.

2. All

All is the sub - module of Product module where user can access complete list of products including some additional information. Information specified here is in tabular format which depicts six columns representing the following parameters:

• Name: This field represents the Name of the product.
• Short Name:This field comprises the Short Name of the product.
• Cas No: This field represents the CAS Registry Number.
• Category: In this column user can access the category of the Product.
• Sub category: In this column user can access the sub-category of the Product.

The All module of Product module have some additional features and buttons which help user to access the product list quickly. Which are as follow :

• Add New: The Add New button of All module trigger user to the New Product module where user can enter the details of new product.
• Records per page: Record per page field displays the number of records displayed on each page.
• Search: By entering the search term here user can directly redirect on that record.

3. Product View

The new product entry looks exactly like the below image.

• Labels : Here user can assign the label on product to make search more easy.
• Edit Product : Here user can edit the entry and make changes in that entry.

The bottom area of the product entry is consist of ten sections where user can mentioned more specific information of the product.

• Profile : Here user can add complete profile of the product.

• Related Product : Here user can add information of those product which are similar to the main product.

• Up / Cross Sale : Here user can add Up sale and Cross sale products information.

• Related Contact : Here user can add Customer and Supplier details.

• Inventory: Here user can add Brand Details, Model Details, Batch Details, Serial Number Details of the product.

• DMS : From the DMS section user can attached and managed document along with that product entry.
